Oliver provides extensive dealer support that includes a broad product line, marketing programs, customer services, field service
and training. We understand that our success depends on our dealers' success.
Dealer Independence
Oliver's dealers operate under a licensee agreement that does not contain all the oversight and restrictions of the franchise agreements
used by others. We also have no company-owned outlets to compete with our dealers.
We believe that the best way to build a strong distribution network is to provide the products and support that help dealers profitably
run their independent businesses.
Equipment
Our experience dates back to 1912, but our equipment is being continually updated to include the latest technology available, both for
our manufacturing processes and for those of our licensed dealers.
Technical and Field Service Support
Ongoing research and development for improving retread performance, processes and equipment keeps Oliver in the forefront of
retreading expertise.
In addition, Oliver's Field Service Technicians assist dealers by installing new equipment and providing equipment and process training.
Dealer employee testing through our "Qualified Retreader Program" helps ensure consistent, quality retreads for the end user. Dealers also
rely on Oliver's Technical Support Hotline for troubleshooting assistance and prompt answers to technical questions.
Business Improvement Programs
Helping dealers' businesses run smoother and more profitably is what drives Oliver's Business Development Department. Diversely
experienced trainers are adept at evaluating the efficiency of a shop layout to conducting training seminars on commercial selling
skills. Committed to excellence as well as continuous improvement (Kaizen), Oliver's Business Development Department can help any
dealers bottom line.
Marketing Support
Oliver's full range of marketing support includes extensive product literature, advertising, in-store displays and dealer signage.
Comparative tread performance testing programs in current and prospective customer fleets, corporate regional and national accounts and
a complete program of fleet services also work to generate business.
