Accessories, methodology, trainng, technical support and sales assistance programs form the most comprehensive precure retreading system avaialble. Our Tuff-Seal curing device has been recognized as one of the most important technological advances for the retreading industry.

Combined with on-site training at customer retreading facilities and tire repair programs, Oliver offers its customers a way to provide end-users with a total retreading and tire repair service.
